A list of some of the most frequently asked questions from our players.
Wipe will be at the same time every Thursday afternoon. NA/US servers will always wipe at 3PM EST & EU servers at 3PM GMT. Forced wipes will always depend on FP. Best way to find accurate wipe times is on our discord at discord.gg/playrust in the #wipe channel.
How can I become an admin?
Apply by creating a ticket and using the reason "Admin Application".
Please note: all applicants must be 21 or older.
What do I do if I have a problem?
Create a ticket using this site by clicking any of the links or buttons that say "Support".
Server Rules
1. No cheats of any kind will be tolerated within the server. This includes (but is not limited to) third-party clients, scripts, or assisting software that allows you to gain an unfair advantage over others. Playing with cheaters or (game)ban evaders is also a bannable offense.
2. Do not utilize any exploits within the game. Exploits are summarized as the unintended use of items or actions within the game that allow you to gain an advantage over standard gameplay actions.
3. Be respectful towards other players at all times. Trolling and general banter is allowed, but try to hold a certain amount of mutual respect for the human behind the screen.
4. No harassment, personal information, unnecessary offensive language, spam or personal attacks, racism, sexual content or anything else that doesn't follow general decency. This includes paintings and voice chat. Be nice. Don't be not nice.
